By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.I. General TermsDiscussing the commission request is important to me to get the best possible outcome for the buyer. This means I am open to questions on what I can do before any payment is made.Any rude or unpleasant behavior will not be accepted and your commission will be canceled. If you have already paid and I haven’t done anything, a refund will be provided after 7 days.
If I find any request inappropriate, e.g. Nudity, Racism, Inappropriate references, your commission will not be accepted.II. PaymentAll commissions must all be paid in full upfront.The currency accepted is USD.
All payments will be done through PayPal.For a request that doesn’t fall under my options, I will create a different price unique to your request.III. ProcessTiming is reliant on what request is made however, if a certain time restraint is asked, I will do my best to compromise.
The average time taken to complete commissions is 1-3 days.
If something personal takes up valuable time, I will notify the client before any payments and adjust the time frame.
I will provide updated pictures during the process of creation after changes. I will ask if something should change or if any creative input is wanted.IV. Customer SatisfactionIn the initial request, I will ask questions until I know that we are on the same page.
Any large changes will result in an increase in payment.V. Usage PolicyI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the artwork to;
Promote myself in any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.The commissioner is allowed to use it as a thumbnail, promotional, or any social media post.The commissioner is also allowed to use commissioned emotes as subscription bonuses i.e. twitch subscription or youtube memberThe commissioner is NOT allowed to claim artwork as their own, sell the artwork, remove watermarks, or use work in progress pictures without permission.VI. Canceling/Refunding PolicyI have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.Thank you, JustRogan
